    Before You Write

    The questions we are asked most often, answered here so you do not have to ask them.

    How quickly will I hear back?

    Within one business day for most enquiries, and same-day for anything flagged as ASAP. Live production issues reach us around the clock.

    Do I need a CAD file to get a quote?

    No. A photo, a hand sketch or a written description is enough to start. If you have STEP, IGES or native CAD, send it — it makes the quote tighter.

    Will you sign an NDA?

    Yes. Say so in the project details and we will send one before you share anything sensitive, or sign yours.

    What does a project typically cost?

    It depends on scope, but the budget bands in the form are there so we can tell you early whether we are in the same range. We would rather say so than waste your time.

    Can you handle government and defense work?

    Yes. X-PRO is registered in SAM.gov with an active UEI and CAGE code, and works with prime contractors as well as direct federal buyers.

    Do you manufacture, or only design?

    Both. We take work from concept through CAD, prototyping and into production, and can stop at whichever stage you need.
